The first indications of the style and practicality of the lodge become apparent as soon as you enter the spacious entrance hall. Not only does it have a walk-in coats cupboard, but also a snug study, complete with a desk and brushed velvet office-style chair!

The living room area includes fitted units and a coffee table, which, like all the furniture in the property is in a painted finish shaker style with a limed-oak veneer top. Similarly, the roman blinds, scatter cushions, and quilted bed eiderdown are from a co-ordinating range and create the impression of relaxed luxury flowing from one room to another.

The Canford has two double bedrooms, including a master suite with shower room and walk-in wardrobe.

If all of that hasn’t wowed you, just wait until you see the kitchen. Fitted out with aubergine and cashmere gloss units with Grey Bardolino Oak worktops and Porcelanosa tiles, it’s come straight out of a glossy magazine! Fully fitted with the same contemporary style furnishings and all appliances, there’s also the facility to have a separate utility room depending on the floor plan you choose. The kitchen opens out into a smart dining area with matching furniture, table and chairs and yet another full drop window.
